We created MTco. for people who want to BUILD a better life - one filled with consistency, purpose, joy & contentment. We know that habits and lifestyle are the building blocks of wellbeing physically and emotionally. Talking alone can't balance your hormones, heal your gut or get you in the gym.

Seeing a therapist or a personal trainer once a week or fortnight sometimes isn't enough! Life happens in between - and MTco. is all about giving you support in the way that makes sense to you! We have weekly drop in calls when you need a chat or advice, in app messaging with your coach & a program that's designed to help you throughout the week to make progress.
You don't want to choose between phsyical & mental health

Hey I'm Edie ~ The Therapist P.T
As a qualified social worker and personal trainer, I see clients everyday who are struggling to find their balance between mental and physical wellbeing. I know first hand how complicated and confusing getting on top of your health can be. So much mis-information, conflicting advice & so little time to make it all happen.
My mission is to take integrated, holistic health care and make it simple & accessible for busy women. I created MTco. so that my clients didn't need to see a therapist, personal trainer & life coach - but instead find it all in one place.
More than this though, MTco. is a place for you to feel connected, inspired & supported. A place for healing, growth and letting go of the need to be perfect -
Letting you be who you are - and for that to be enough
What kind of therapist is Edie? Edie has her BA. Social Work Hns. and her cert III & IV in fitness. She has continuing education & specialisations in training female athletes, menopause, trauma based therapies & adolescent/family counselling.
What is the minimum commitment? You can go month-to-month with our membership, but we do have limited spaces. So if you step away you might need to re-join on the waitlist in the future. We do allow you to pause for up to a month each year for holidays or taking a little break!
How soon will be program begin after I sign up? Your membership will be active from the day you sign up & your program will be designed on your first coaching call. Once you sign up, Edie will reach out to you to book in your first call within 24 hours!
Can I choose fitness or mental health? The choice is yours! Choose to focus on whatever aspect of your health you need support with. This program is designed for you & with you. Nutrition, gut, mental wellness, hormones - MTco. will meet you wherever you're at!
What support will I get from my coach to stay accountable? Your membership includes: 1:1 monthly video call, weekly drop in calls (optional), weekly in-app check in (quick + easy) + submit your questions any time during the week!
I've never been to the gym before - is this program for me? Absolutely! Glow & Heal are designed to build your technique & your confidence to train in the gym or with some dumbbells at home
