Fitness / Movement Program
Movement is the foundation of wellbeing - movement is transformative. You will get access to a 12 week training program for the gym or home training to help you build, grow and transform your body. We will teach you how to build muscle, increase bone density, decrease joint pain & increase your mobility.
Gut Health & Nutrition
You'll work with your coach to build a nutritional plan that is hormone specific - helping you regulate your gut function & capacity to build muscle / lose fat despite changes in estrogen. Be inspired by recipes, meal plans, tips & tricks that will help empower you to look and feel incredible (and discover that energy again!)

Weekly Support & Accountability
You'll have a weekly check in via our app, a monthly 1:1 zoom call & a drop in call every week where you can pop in and get support from your coach.
Mindset & Mental Health
This is a time of your life where you're a mum, a carer, a wife, a boss at work - there's A LOT going on. No one speaks about how much lifestyle stress, changes in mood and physiological shifts impact mental health in menopause. Luckily you have a coach on hand who is a qualified social worker therapist - ready to support you through life's challenges!

Personalised training program designed for you every 8-12 weeks depending on your unique goals (especially around old injuries, complex health needs or specific physique goals)

Fortnightly 1:1 zoom session to deep dive into areas you need support with (fitness, nutrition or mental health)

In depth meal & nutritional planning - espeically for women with complex nutritional needs (e.g. FODMAP, SIBO, Diabetic, Allergies etc.)

Hey I'm Edie ~ The Therapist P.T
As a qualified social worker and personal trainer, I see clients everyday who are struggling to find their balance between mental and physical wellbeing. I know first hand how complicated and confusing getting on top of your health can be. So much mis-information, conflicting advice & so little time to make it all happen.
My mission is to take integrated, holistic health care and make it simple & accessible for busy women. I created TPT so that my clients didn't need to see a therapist, personal trainer & nutritional coach - but instead find it all in one place.
More than this though, TPT is a place for women to feel connected, inspired & supported. A place for healing, growth and letting go of the need to be perfect -
letting women just be themselves - and for that to enough
FAQ
I've never been to the gym before - is this program for me? Absolutely! Glow & Heal are designed to build your technique & your confidence to train in the gym or with some dumbbells at home
Can I start with B&B & switch to B&B+ if I need more support? Of course! Many clients start with one membership but scale up or scale down their level of support depending on whats going on in their lives in that moment!
What is the minimum commitment? All of our memberships are a minimum 12 week commitment. However you can switch between the two after your first 4 weeks
How soon will be program begin after I sign up? Your membership will be active from the day you sign up + your training / habit program will start from the following Monday
What support will I get from my coach to stay accountable? The Glow membership includes access to 2 weekly group check in calls via zoom. You also can check in via the app anytime, send videos for technique feedback or ask questions on our forum!
Which membership option should I pick? That depends on how much support & accountability you need. If you're looking for all inclusive, flexible option - B&B is your girl. If you're looking to deep dive into your health issues and have a personalised program created to address them - then it's time to go plus and join B&B+
