Fitness / Movement Program
Movement is the foundation of wellbeing - movement is transformative. You will receive a personalised program for the gym or home training to help you build, grow and transform your body. Our app will support you with workout tracking, technique videos & feedback.
Gut Health & Nutrition
You will work closely with your coach to develop a nutritional plan that hits your calorie targets, retains lean mass & nourishes your gut health. Learn how to build your meal plan for whatever future goals you have.
Mindset & Mental Health
This isn't just about losing weight - it's about breaking out of old patterns & habits that have held you back. Lead with confidence, self love and discipline over these 12 weeks and let go of the shame/anger towards your body. This is the chance to reset and rebuild your self relationship.

Weekly Check Ins & Calls
You'll get access to our weekly check ins and calls where you can reflect, grow and adjust your plan to make sure you hit every week with the right tools to make progress. You will have the chance to chat with the other girls on the same journey as you and learn from their ideas.

As a qualified social worker and personal trainer, I see clients everyday who are struggling to find their balance between mental and physical wellbeing. I know first hand how complicated and confusing getting on top of your health can be. So much mis-information, conflicting advice & so little time to make it all happen.

My mission is to take integrated, holistic health care and make it simple & accessible for busy women. I created TPT so that my clients didn't need to see a therapist, personal trainer & nutritional coach - but instead find it all in one place.
